301A is first of two exams within the F5 BIG-IP LTM certification and serves as a prerequisite to exam 301B. Students who clear this test have an understanding of fundamental principles—from SSL-based VPN execution and can bank on that knowledge to coordinate BIG-IP LTM into predefined systems as well as new deployments. Accepting the F5-CTS, BIG-IP LTM certification may be a prerequisite for both the Cloud and Security Experts certifications.
301B is the second exam required to pass to get to the F5 BIG-IP LTM certification. Clearing this test approves the capacity to plan, execute, keep up, and troubleshoot progressed F5 devices.
